Hi all, I'm trying to send all of my website traffic to another site I own but I don't want to get my ass kicked by Google. Would I get away with using a bitly url shortner?

Or is their any other (safe) way around it?

I was linking from multiple blog posts but someone pointed out on this forum that it doesnt look natural (I agreed) so I removed the links.

Any tips or ideas you can share?

How do I make a prelander?

Just create or download an HTML page with a single button for call to action and privacy policy

I see, so a prelander is basically a 1 page website?

Yes. Keep it simple.

so if I have my main money site with lots of articles, would it be safe to link from all of my articles to the prelander?

I mean safe in Googles eyes....

URL shorteners are apps, typically web apps, that take a long URL and shrink it down to fewer characters. An example is TinyURL. If you copy and paste a long link into the main field on TinyURL, the web page spits out a much shorter link that goes to the same page.

Use PrettyLinks as a shortner for affiliate links. You can customize it.
