Advice needed please

hello everybody!
well i created a website using Joomla back in september for the travel niche. i decided that i didnt want to work on that website as i felt limited to what i could do with it in terms of design. ( i am not a web designer) i had spent money promoting it with adwords for 2 months then i just stopped because i had a professional website designed and its going well.
so yesterday i decided to take a look at the joomla website and realised that it was a pr2 with a bit over 7million alexa ranking.
what i want to know is, what can i do with this website if anything? does it mean much that its a pr2? should i spend more money developing it and then selling it or should i keep it?

any advice help would be appreciated.

The PR and the Alexa are irrelevant - get the site turning some revenue - then sell it!

Ultimately all anyone cares about is what the revenue of the website is. I'd concentrate on that more than anything.
