I know this may be a bit random but I feel some of you may have an answer for me. Basically I sold a piece of software on amazon, and sent the item without tracking to the guy. After a month he e-mails me saying he didn't receive and he wants a refund. I tried to tell him that the item should've arrived over two weeks ago and he cried more about getting refund which I refused. He then took a claim out with amazon and they tell me I may have to give a refund unless I can provide tracking information / some sort of information but I have nothing. I posted the item at a local shop which has a mini post office but I have none of the reciepts :| is there any way around this? I think the guy is full of shit because anything i've ever posted has been received and my first item listed on amazon, as opposed to ebay he claims. Any advice or info appreciated
thanks in advance
