Advice Needed On A Da 45 domain: PBN or 301 redirect

Hello Seoers,

I have this domain Name with a Da 45, clean backlinks of over 15k and still in Google's Index. if you were in my shoes, will you use this domain name for a 301 on a non related anchor Blog or as a Pbn. Thanks

I would rebuild the site.

It depends on how many referring domains your DA45 domain have... If it's more then 30 or 40 then go for the redirect... If it less just rebuild it and make a good home page contextual link to you money site.

It's usually better to rebuild the website and make it part of a PBN. You get to build more links from it that way.

You can do both. 301 redirect if have same category to your money site and PBN to boost your money site rank.
