(Advice needed) Mobile Friendly Portfolio Site

I hope I didn't run into a wrong category for this. I was wondering if anyone was able to recommend a free mobile friendly portfolio site where I could promote something I'm working on?
I tried Google Docs and after 2 hours work, I checked it on my mobile, and it was plain awful (the css is shit). On desktop tho, it looks pretty decent.

I would try using Google Sites for a portfolio, it will look more professional and mobile friendly. You could also try Google Slides.
