[Advice needed] How important are backlinks for youtube?

So I am starting a channel to create CB some digital product reviews and earn some commissions. So initially I will go for some low-medium popular products to avoid the competition..I know all about YT on page optimization so will do that..
I have limited budget, I could either use it to buy some HR views and Likes or I could buy some link pyramid building services from here.. What should be my priority?
And most people dont give off their product for review unless you have a good amount of subscribers, is there any way to bypass that?

Best to buy subs for your channel and then views and likes for your videos

Having a diverse set of traffic sources will be good when it comes to getting Monetization approved.

Having a good Google position will increase organic growth from outside of YouTube too.
