{Advice Needed} How can I sell my Ebook?

I have written an ebook on how to remove all computer threats (malware,viruses,trojans) with free tools like Avast, Malwarebytes and so on.

It is got screenshots for each of the steps required and covers mildly infected PC as well as heavily infected ones!

It is now being sold on clickbank for 47$. I do not have time nor interest to start promoting it - as in writing articles, building backlinks, trying to rank the website.

I can also drop the price if required.

Anyone knows how would be the best way to sell and/or promote it. Or at least find affiliates to do that for me?

Doesn't a good virus scan do all that?

My free AVG picks up those things and
I don't let much through my free Zone Alarm either

If the infection got past your protection or if you did not have any protection even professional soft wont get rid of it. I know. I spend many hours removing hidden rootkits and viruses. Yeah. You might know how to use ur PC protection but u'r one in 9 people that knows that!

Sold just one. I never promoted it or anything. Just wrote the book. MAde the website and that was it!

Affiliates would make 50% i guess. We can work out deals individually if needed.

Emsisoft Antimalware, firewall and Malwarebytes all what you need mostly. Also reserve of important data on a disconnected hard disk(s), most needed important data backup on your smartphone in a crypted container and on other HD. Container of your system partition (C disk usually) with OS and all the necessary software configured, should be kept on disk D or/and separate HD. But I think it is actual if you use C partition only for OS and software and not keeping all other data there. Such container can be made by Symantec Ghost or similar tool, loaded from a bootable CD. Needed for a fast system restore if something goes wrong without need to reinstall OS and configure all software again.

The product can have some market..
But you have placed some restrictions on what you want to do.

The best way forward for you is to try to get more help from the affiliated networks.
You need to give them materials like:
-Keywords
-banner ads.
-Articles.
- PR's
- A list of sites where they can post free ad, PR, Articles.

make it really easy for them!
and
- increase their commision to 75%
- remove or move the top meny to the bottom.
- get the email address of the affiliated and of the clients.

You have a choosen a very competitive niche .It is already overloaded with tons of anti virus and malware removal tools which makes it pretty hard for people to compete and promote ur book

The best bet will be paid advertising and contacting different affiliate networks , if u can afford it .You can JV with other people with products or websites in the same niche and provide some additional % for promoting ur product to their visitors and list

and please change the default bluehost Favicon to something else , it hurts for a 47$ product

You have approached the problem backwards. You shouldn't be writing any ebook until
you've created a leads and sales funnel that works.

Create a sales letter and buy some paid traffic and see if it convert (people actually
click the buy button or opt-in). Then, make some sales and refund money immediately.
This way you will see if people actually part with money to get your stuff. After that
you can create ebook and figure out the refund rate. You can tweak your sales copy
and ebook to increase conversion and decrease refund rate.

After you have your numbers, approach affiliates and show them that your stuff
converts and they can profit by sending you traffic. You can lose money or break even
up to this point. After that you will profit.

Creating something you don't know you can sell is a hard way to make money.

particular ebook multiple time and offered money for it.

I've written a book also on a topic that I know very well. It wouldn't matter if there was a demand
or not, its a subject that I know better than anyone else. Half the battle is just getting it out there

A market I feel would rise from the passion of it, if there wasn't a huge demand.
Hopefully the ebook on viruses has a level of personality that could never be duplicated,
its your style that sells.

I also think that the approach of using different antivirus/malware programs are the way
to go. I have never relied on one proggy to rid a system completely virus free. Good Luck

I write and sell books for a living and I didn't do any 'pre' stuff besides doing some marketing, a site, a facebook and twitter, etc. But, then again there is a BIG niche for what I write. Places I sell;

Good reads
Amazon
BN
Free ebooks net
lulu
etc

I have a list that I use with well over 500 sites to publish to (and make money from). One might think its a great idea to only use BIG sites, but I like to think of the search engines. Yes, most of us use G. However, there are still people that use smaller search engines as well. The same goes for books. Yes, people shop on amazon and lulu and wherever else, but there are also other people that shop at littler stores or stores they are more familiar with or comfortable with.

My main suggestion; do NOT join up with sites or stores where they ONLY allow you to publish in ONE place. KDP select on Amazon has this. I don't do it. I would rather spread my books out on a handful of sites even if KDP pays more.
