Advice Needed, Have I Gone Wrong Anywhere? SEO PLAN

Hey guys, so finally i decided to do my own SEO on a site. The site was dancing around initially in the top 30 a few weeks ago, but now can be found on page 13-16 of Google for the main keyword. My SEO plan was as follows:

Main keywords as anchor text 30%
LSI keywords 30%
General keywords 30%
URL 10%

I created 20 tier 1 sites consisting of -
web 2.0
PDF
PR Sites
All with spun content 90-100% unique.

Then I ran GSA, pointing to my tier 1s, and so far have auto created 180 tier 2s, all PR 4 and above, with spun content, and consisting of -
Article Sites
Forum Profiles
MicroBlogs
Social Bookmarks
Social Networks

My tier 3, pointing to my tier 2 verified links, over 1600 verified links all PR 1 and above, spun content, consist of:
Article Sites
Directories
Forum Profiles
MicroBlogs
Social Bookmarks
Social Networks
Web2.0s

Finally, my 4th tier was a 5,000 Scrapebox blast, all verified successful links to my tiers 2 and 3. Right now iv decided to feed my scrapebox links through lindexed to get them indexed, is there anything else i should do, or should i wait and then see results? I really am stuck and am not sure whether to push forward or wait, any advice would be appreciated!

Just rinse and repeat.... dont stop link building or else google will think you are gaming the SERPS with there silly delayed ranking algo.

So just carry on chugging along until i see results? I understand it will take time

Oh also make sure that all your tiers are indexed as well to increase the power of your pyramid.

so submit to lindexed? i see lindexed has a dripfeed feature of 5 days, should i take all my links and drop them in lindexed or schedule them everyday 5 days manually adding a certain amount after every 5 days?

Nahh, there's no need for indexing services. They will not make your links stronger, they will only make your links "noticed". Just build more links to your upper tiers.

Also, if your tier 1 is strong enough, you might want to change your GSA settings. It will take a LONG time for GSA to find sites to drop links on or create accounts on if the "rule" was PR 4 or above. I build my tier 2 using GSA, and set the option at PR 1 and above, and my some of my tier 1 sites' PR increased.

You may want to try sending some social signals to your money site too, like G+1, FB likes, Tweets and some manual bookmarks. You should be OK without them, but it should definitely help. The social signals can be pricey though. I used to use Microworkers (to drip feed manual +1, likes, tweets) which was about $60/mo for US/CA/UK/AU signals but now I'm using IndianBill/Tacktical's social signal service because it's also drip fed, cheaper overall, and has more diverse signals.
