Advice needed for domain choosing

I want to build a ecommerce site on a subniche, is it good to using a brand name only or brand name plus subniche keyword?

BTW, keyword is 7 charactors, Ahrefs shows KD is under 30 which has a chance to build. Is that help a lot to add it in domain name? Will that be too long?

Really appreciate for your advices.

I think that is better not to use brand name there and use just abbreviation of brand name + niche keyword. I think that should be best way.

In general, using a branded / brandable domain is much better than appending any keyword to it, especially if you intend to use this site long term and turn it into a business.

If you only wish to make some quick bucks in that niche as long as the chaos generated by google lasts... probably that using keyword in domain name is better, short-term I mean. In the long term you will still want to go with branded domain since google is acting like a whore in front of big brands

IMO, brand only in domain. And side by side try to register vanity name in FB: brand+kw.

I prefer brand only domain for ecommerce. but actually it depends on your source traffic. if you use SEO, keyword domain will give a help for ranking.

If you are looking to drive more traffic to your website then you should use keyword in your domain. But if you concerned about getting benefits from Google then you should choose your brand name in your domain as Google sticks to branded websites rather than traffic based keyword domains. Using a branded domain gives you long term benefits.
