Advice needed for a ecommerce auction site startup

Sorry if I posted this thread in the wrong section, I really have no idea where to place it.

I bought a script, modified it, and tried promoting it but I aren't getting any registration at all.

Can you guys give me some advice on what should i do, work on to get it started and running.

Do you guys recommend me starting a company? And if yes, should I start it in my country or the U.S? I think its more credible to have a company in the U.S. And how?

And my monthly budget isn't very high, around $500-$800 monthly.

What i have now is:
The domain is 11 months old,
Very few backlinks,
Hired Whitegun's seo service so far.

I'm a little confused, sorry. You bought a what type of script? You mean a website / template for your site but you're not getting any sales?

If that is the problem, you need to rank in google for some keywords otherwise if you have no visitors, you can't expect sales.
