Advice needed - Fiverr not taking Wise card as payment

I was using wise as a payment method on fiverr, and it was working for a bit but now it doesn't accept any of my wise cards on any of my accounts.

I need to do this for a few accounts and ideally don't want to buy multiple VCCs since I would need to reload them pretty often and the reload fee is quite high.

Any advice?
