Hey, we just found a method to get x10 more leads from inbound mailing.
Before that, we got 5-7 leads from mailing to 15K to our subscribers' list, after we got 110, with just one simple thing changed.

Advice needed on how to get it profitable out of our business

without understanding the business in the first place, no one would be able to advise you soundly to make that business profitable bro. Not enough info.

also curious to understand what simple thing you changed? was it time on sending the email?
 
Welcome back to BHW. There were no posts by you between Aug 6, 2018 and Feb 16, 2022 : that is for 3 and a half years.
Now, it is pretty nice to know that you have "found a method to get x10 more leads from inbound mailing" and "combining" that with "Advice needed on how to get it profitable out of our business".
Don't worry, keep working hard and you will achieve your "objective". Have you by the way tried to get 100x or 1000x or 10000x more leads from inbound mailing ? If not, then why not ?

If you found a way of getting x10 of your inbound marketing, it's great.
Now figure out if the same concept can help you close more deals, convert outbound traffic, increase sale value, etc...

There's no secret sauce.

Thanks that is normally awesome when the lead increase is not dramatic, when x2, x2.5 yes we can focus on other metrics, but we got x12 once and x10 normally. Focusing on other metrics is just a waste of time in my case.

You 10x the amount of leads you get,you have to focus on monetization, because otherwise you'll suffocate your call center.

Tricky to answer without a clear picture of exactly what it is your doing to turn cold/hot leads into verified prospects and how your funnelling these prospects through your sales process.
