Hey guys looking to dig deep into my pockets and get serious with SEO. Was wonder what tools and software you find essential in your SEO daily/weekly/monthly Tasks For backlinks/submissions/bookmarks/web2.0 and all the rest.

Post Your Tools And software names here and a brief description of what they do and what part of SEO they cover.

This is not just for me but for many noobs out there who are stuck.

Plus rep for people who give good details and links.

I think:
Bookmarking - BMD
Pligg sites - sick submitter
Article submissions - AMR
Scraping/blog commenting - Scrapebox
Wiki posting - EWP
Plus a few private proxies.

That's the setup I'm aiming for.

I use SeNuke X,for Web2.0 properties / Bookmarking / Article directory links for my website .

After that i blast those links using Scrapbox for indexing /\.

Buy Ultimate demon. It does everything that you would want and is perfect for starting out

I'd imagine Ultimate Demon to be the a good tool to purchase. It has all the modules you'd need to set up a good campaign.

If you're more into programming your own tasks, a lot of people suggest ZennoPoster.

I think Scrapebox should be the first tool that anyone should purchase if they are serious about SEO.

ScrapeBox: Data mining the web, some backlinking
Ultimate Demon: Damn near everything backlinking
ZennoPoster: Custom account creation/posting
PHP: Mini-tools for VAs/content creators to speed up workflow

If you have lots of sites like I do, the one realm not adequately touched by existing public tools is process management. The holy grail is a desktop app with a DB to manage your data however you please (working on this), but some nice excel templates will get the job done up to a certain scale. Invest some time in this and you won't regret it. It's especially key to me for testing since I'm new to IM and trying to learn rapidly by testing lots of things with throwaway sites.

SENuke - Linkwheels (Web 2.0s, article directories, press release, social networks, etc.)
Scrapebox - Blog Comments and Scraping
Wiki Killer - Wiki Contextual Links
Xrumer Blasts - Fiverr outsource
Social Bookmarks - outsource

Those are the basics. Of course there are more, but that is a good start!
Senuke can easily be replaced with Sick Submitter for those on a budget

Secondary ones include:
Rank Whizz - doc sites
Sliq Submitter - directory submissions
TweetAttacks/TweetAdder - Social Media
