[Advice] Making a big decision for my website.

I have started a movies streaming website a week ago, the work is quite overwhelming, and I am thinking about partnering with my friend to help me and take some exchange in profit.

What are the pros and cons of this?

pro: your friend will help you
con: you have to pay your friend

Not much else there, question of trust

In my oppinion you should look through the work he is doing for you as a friend and look at how much he actually will help you with. Will he bring in as much as you? Or will he just do some basic stuff? Pay him for what you think his input is worth.
