Background: First post, I’m a junior marketer at a reputable, high-quality cloud hosting company offering enterprise-grade dedicated servers. about 50 servers at a true 50% discount off market rates, and my task is to get them rented quickly to get some bonus.
In the past, tried several SEO backlinks and WordPress plugins (ex: Yoast) and didn't work including spending high on AdWords and Meta is minimal results

Could you please provide some advise on:

1- Effective strategies to rent out these servers.
2- SaaS tools or software that we should subscribe or purchase to reach clients
3- Whether affiliate marketing could be a strong channel for this offer, If yes how to approach that
4- If SEO for the company site or the offer link would yield results fast enough? where to start?

Any insights, help would be greatly appreciated!

I've always liked Kinsta's approach to their SEO & Content Marketing, so I'd advise to check their website to get some ideas. You may also consider paid reviews of the server, i.e. where it shows how people can configure the server, how numerous web services work on your server, etc. If I were you, I'd also consider creating a support hub with both Youtube and text tutorials explaining all of the benefits and features of your server.

Cloudways for example has a great Social Media strategy. They essentially invested in a couple of people who essentially spend time on FB groups etc, helping people solve their web dev issues and then when opportunity happens, they recommend their hosting, when they've already established themselves as authority figures.
