Advice for newer content creators?

You should do collab with popular youtubers. Do not hesitate to even pay them for this association.
 
Advertise on BHW
The competition might want to make you give up, but always focus on the goal.

Finally someone said this, I've had 2 of my competitors emailed me about how am I getting almost all my videos sponsored when they, who have more views than me, don't even get partnership proposals,

I looked at their channels and got slapped with the obvious answer, they're using AI voice shits lol.

the AI voice they used sounded pretty expensive and might not be noticeable to normal and clueless viewers but it doesnt matter because they still can't express human emotion which very important when making CTA which turns off brand dealers

100%. It actually pains me to see the amount of effort people put into their channel just to ruin any chance of monetisation by using an AI voice over lol.

Expect to fail! If its your first YouTube channel it's gonna do bad at first. Learn from your mistakes and don't give up!

Another point and an important one is to ignore a lot of what you see on here. There are many people who know what they are talking about on bhw when it comes to YouTube but far more people who have no idea. Ive noticed a lot of people still trying methods from 2015 etc... That no longer work I. E. Compilations, low effort, AI voice shit... Its all a waste of time and you won't make a single cent.

Also, stay away from buying views, they do more harm than good. The golden days of spending penny's on high retention views to bank thousands in ad rev is long long gone unfortunately.

Yes to an extent. The issue with trending topics is that it's looking for short term views and not long term scalability.

It's probably easier now as its ever been to grow organically. Fresh accounts with original content will normally get a little push from the algorithm and if your CTR and watch time are good from the start you'll see steady growth.

Find the biggest channels in your niche and try and copy what they do but put your own spin on it.

Make longer videos 10mins + and put a lot of effort into them. Don't use AI voice over.

Stay as far away from Smm panels as possible.

Make it so it's as frictionless of an experience as possible for you (or whoever). Content creation is like anything else at the start: It's habit building. If you find the experience of creating the content boring/painful... then you're likely to stop.

Quality and consistency are your two biggest keys to success!

For myself, I have multiple niches in mind. But also just really creating this thread as general advice for new youtubers and content creators, as I'm a bit more experienced(not necessarily with youtube, but with content creation in general)

Competition is not my worry, but is most likely the worry of many other new creators.
