Advice for LARGE Network 100+ URLs

I have a pretty large network of domains hosted on 5 different servers.
I have about 4 x-cart heavily modified shopping carts
I have about 5+ of my own shopping cart software I built myself using PHP.
I'm running 5-10 WP sites with a simple j-cart plugin.

Then there is another 100 domains that just link to the money sites. Some are 1-page sites, some are auto-blogs.

I've got 3 Tumblr accounts that I post to all the time making links to my money sites.

I've got 3 blogspot blogs that I do the same for.

**** WELL THIS IS KIND OF STUPID, I CAN'T POST MY FULL MESSAGE CUZ ITS TRIGGERING SOME KIND OF MODERATION ERROR ASKING ME TO PAY FOR THE FORUM.

Anyway what is the best way to manage a large network. I couldn't post the other 75% of what my network consists of due to the moderation rule thing.
I'm wondering what else I should be doing.

Anyways, to manage a large network, I would recommend you code a custom script that gets the domains' expiry date, IP address and other stats. I recommend this since you already are a coder, so it would be cool.

I'm not bragging, I'm not getting results thats the problem.. My competition is above me always and its driving me nuts.
Sure I can code that but what advantage does it have? I bought Scrapebox just now, I'm going to mess with it.

I am thinking about writing a trackback cloaker. Basically it works like this - you set it up on your page and then send a ping to the WP blog you want to hit.
The WP blog comes back at you and you detect the IP address of the blog and display some nice content about that post or page being awesome and thats why you linked to it. You can also check by referrering page as well. Any other visitor to your page doesn't see the content. If all goes well you get the trackback approved and it becomes a 1-way link as far as google is concerned.
