Advice for FL User's Following

So I've run into quite a predicament. I'm in a very niche market, Travel. Specially travel photography. What I've noticed lately though is that a LOT. A good portion of the people that follow me I've noticed are probably using some of the same bots. Is there a better way to target the Top 8-12 travel instagrams while retaining more of my followers?

I'm getting good results with FL around 150 followers a day but I'm also getting around 30% unfollows as well. Any good travel targets are also welcome. Right now I just target "User's Following" any advice on setting changes would be welcome too.
