Advice For Disabled 1.2m Account

Today my 1.2m account got disabled for copyright infringement. I received a copyright strike yesterday and today my account is deleted.

I've spoken to the person who filed the claim and they apologized and emailed Instagram. The copyright claim has been successfully retracted. In their email they also requested my account be restored, to which Instagram replied to them

"It looks like the Instagram account you're asking about was disabled because the account holder posted content that went against our policies. We understand that you've retracted your previous intellectual property report, but we need to review the account in accordance with out policies to determine if it can be restored"

Which honestly sounds good to me.

I received an email back from IG about sending a picture with a code, which I've done.

I'm wondering what else I can do at this point to recover the account other than wait. When I was hacked back in 2016 I spammed the shit out of IG with hacked report forms and it took a month to get it back. Does it make sense to spam these appeal forms as well? Should I also be spamming their email with the picture and code?

Any advice that can be provided is greatly appreciated.

Give it about 1 week or so. You pissed someone off at IG, they want to make sure you learn your lesson.

Personally I would now give it some time. Spamming them probably only leads to more waiting time!

I'm in the animal niche

It wasn't the first copyright claim, but the only one I received within the last 8ish months
 
How can you get copyright in dog niche.did dog sent a complaint he does not like being on other page :/

what i suggest is claim full responsability of your action, you are very sorry and shit like that, say you didn't know the instagram rules back then but now you spent a lot of time reading the terms and that you are sorry and it wont happen again, say that you deserve a second chance
idk it it will work in your situation or with ig but since they are almost same probabily it will
i spent one month appealing my page and got denied everytime until i sent the above text

I’m verrry new here so take it easy if I’m wrong but spamming Instagram WHILE your ONE POINT TWO MILLION account is literally in their hands sounds a bit risky...
 
I have the same problem, I don't really know why instagram disabled my account and they always response the same thing

I can't recover my friend's account and he's depressed and desperated since he didn't violated the terms and did nothing wrong. I must recover his account ASAP. Someone help me!
