Advice for desprate human?

There is no such thing as a circumstance that only gives you only bad, even worse situation. Take a step back and think about what you can do, and list them one by one, Research those skills and how people earn with them.
Before getting work on someone, you need confidence, I have seen people with 0 coding knowledge but very confident they land a job as coders, and this happens a lot. If you don't have experience, make one and advertise it as your experience. It does count. I have seen people with a lot of personal projects but feel shame and hide it, saying they don't have experience. it's really ironic that most people getting jobs nowadays is those bsing the best, not the one most capable
You say you tried bug bounty? it's not an easy thing to do, meaning you have quite advanced skills in network and security. it won't be hard for you to learn some Python, make some bot program, and sell them. What kind of bot just read here at BHW a lot of demand for it. if you have no money to be jr VIP you can open JV and make a team like my product bot, and your marketing. you will get a lot offer

There are 1000's of these weird begging type threads that get posted in this section every year. Theres 1 on the first page every single day from some new person claiming to have no cash or whatever.
The same people respond to every single one with the same shit everytime.
If you can't actually read, or use a search function on a forum, then just give up, that's my advice. You will probably always be poor.

Look how @nakamura started in 2020.
When covid started.
He didn't know how to code too.
Especially mobile apps.
Now he makes $100 a day if not more.
YouTube is full of tutorials.
Another thing that makes money is spam.
Also you can open your own movie streaming website. But be careful with this.
Look around in forum, you will find methods.
I was also sceptical about finding working methods here but they are here on forum actually.
I tried few and they make money.
Of course all this requires good effort and willpower to work.
You must work hard to see first earnings.
If you finally see them, then it gets a bit easier.
It motivates.
I know by myself that it's so d@mn hard to work on something if you don't see any money coming.
You can't imagine how much problems I have with this.
But the current situation in my life yells at me to start working finally and stop looking how much everyone is earning and dreaming about doing same.
And I had to change my mindset really hard to get over this depression.
It gets too long, I stop here

The problem is, this desparation is not going to give you any benefit if you don't find a skill that you could earn from. You say you are good with pentesting. May be try joining hackerone or similar platforms where you can use that skill to earn some decent money (it can even get $xxxxx if you manage to help them patch a very severe one).
I totally understand your situation, but nobody can help you out to be honest. You have to help yourself out of this shitty situation you are in.

I've sad on my first message that i was on Hackerone and Bugcrowd,tried to find bugs and all was just dublicates or no luck at all,and i spend almost a year everyday doing this,its hard and waste of time IMO.

mmm I see I missed it. Try something else then. Try getting a job (may be something that has a hybrid/work from home policy). Like I said in my OP, you are the only one who can help yourself out here.

When you're desperate you tend to make mistakes and end up making no money. If you want stability try to find a desk job in your country.
If that is still not possible, do what we call odd jobs of the internet. Check out some beer money sites. Beer money in first world countries is a full time income in some other countries. Once you're taking care of your bills, identify your skills, try to build more skills and then you can become a freelancer offering your services, on BHW or any other platform that allows you to bid for freelance jobs.
