Advice For Building My Website

I know you all are busy but just wanted to ask if you could give me some advice for my website, and growing it moving forward.

About me : I am new to Black Hat, 15 years old and just want to build this website. It is an addiction community site, where people can talk to others about what they are going through anonymously, read stories and share their stories. I can't say domain here but site is basically complete, and looks pretty nice. In order for people to see it and I know it will catch on but I want people to experience it. The site is not gonna force anything down peoples throats, just letting them deal with their problems with others.

I want site to be super positive and to give everyone good vibes, and a community they can make friends.

I bought some blackhat seo, and people suggest to me buying facebook ads but I am just not sure as I am on a limited budget and everyone says most things are bad and waste of money.
