Can you bild yourself a website and rank it?

If you can't then start a JV - you rank the website and share profit.

Fiverr is pretty easy money. Focus on getting good reviews. Start with cheap prices and then up your price as you get 50 or 100 reviews.

I spend $100-200/day on Fiverr alone.

Try out some other job-seeking platforms that don't require reviews. You would need to find a way to showcase your skills somehow, think about creating your own portfolio website where you would present what you know and give your potential clients proof that you know how to do your work. Be active, connect with profiles and companies from your niche on social media, join online discussions. Or, as you have many skills you can create, for instance, some design and try to sell it on some platform.

What other projects u are using seo? Just out of curiosity..I'm currently concentrating on rank and rent model

In the igaming industry a lot of companies are looking for backlinks, if you can manage to get your hands on good backlinks in that industry and start contacting people on LinkedIn, skype, telegram, forums from that industry there is a good chance you will find a few interested.

This is not going to get you a salary, but as you highlighted, it's a gold rush.

If the OP knew how to find these keywords, they wouldn't be asking this question.

What is always a good idea is to build up an ecommerce store and promote it with Google Ads.

Don't try to find a niche, I would recommend you ask google for that.

Get 7 Days Ahrefs trial and choose a country by your choice I would recommend, US, CA, AUD, UK, DE

Open the Keyword explorer and press enter, sort keywords by high value and set the KD to max. 5, that is how I find my niches since several years now, and build brands out of that. I would recommend you try to figure out a niche with several keywords which has over 50-100k Search volume in total, and the CPC shouldn't be higher than $0.15 - $0.25 - ah is not really accurate, and you may pay a bit more on gads once you start with advertising.

If you spend a bit of time on your project and build a really good-looking store and a merchant center, approval, you can generate within a few weeks easy 300-500 revenue while spending $100 per day. Most of the time it takes 2 months until you scale a store to 2-4k revenue per day if you reinvest your money always.
