Advice: eBay account indefinitely restricted from selling

Alright then guys.
As you may know from my other thread i posted a couple of months back my eBay account has been restricted from selling since January 2012. This was due to me selling gallium which was against eBay's T&C's. They got mad and closed my account. So, after a couple of months i tried to get my account back. I called them up yesterday and they said they would look over my account and get back to me. This is the message i received;

Hello Chris,This is a follow up email regarding your call about the Selling Account.
Your account has been indefinitely restricted from selling due to breaches of our seller performance standards.
Based on the information you provided and after reviewing your account, we're unable to remove the restriction at this time. As indicated in our previous message to you, buyers have expressed an unacceptably high level of dissatisfaction when transacting with your account.
Please understand that our top priority is to ensure that eBay remains a safe and reputable place to buy and sell. We don't allow members to continue selling on eBay if they're repeatedly unable to fulfill their obligations to their buyers.

I phoned them up again today and after 30 minutes of arguing with the guy on the other end i managed to get through to the US branch of the customer contact place. I was very polite and argued my case asking for my restriction to be taken off for a month for me to have a second chance. The guy was stubborn however and we did not come to an arrangement so therefor i ended the call.

I was planning on selling jewelry on eBay and think there is a great market for it there as my jewelry would sell well. However, i can not and have to think of my options. I can either;

A) Sell on Amazon
B)Make/ buy a stealth account
C)Make my own site and sell it from there (a lot of work)

I could also, get someone to list the jewelry on their own eBay account. However, i would prefer it to be mine as i would like full control and this would also reduce costing.

I would prefer to sell on eBay so i would most likely to the stealth account. I dont have much experience on this but have been reading about it on this thread for the past couple of hours. It seems pretty complicated/ risky as eBay's security is top class. I have found a site providing ready made stealth accounts (eBay and Paypal) it's - BuyVCC.com and seems OK i guess.
Also, another risk for the stealth account is that im worried about the long term of it all. As i dont want to take time and effort in building a high feedback and good account when a couple of months later it gets shut down as eBay have found out what ive done.

I would like to ask the BHW community for advice on this matter and which option i should go with.
Also , with stealth accounts can someone give me info. Maybe someone experienced in this field could chat on skype with me - please message.

hey man go on the forums of aspkin, there is a shit ton of good info there, and try and use multiple accounts and spread your sales, and always keep accounts slowly building or have some sleepers for when others go down

Just buy many ebay and paypal stealth accounts . you have lot of people selling accounts

Yeah I would recommend going anonymous and finding stealth accounts.
You know it is less headache in the long run because it does not involve you
personally. However it does take more knowledge to operate such accounts.
