Advice E-books/Info products on Clickbank

Anyone have any recommendations on an E-book that gives advice on promoting through ClickBank?

I've promoted for over 20 other affiliate networks but never done an E-book launch so I'm looking to read up on it and educate myself. Any advice on potential downloads or educational material?

Well I started out by reading Ken Silvers 420 page ebook:

It's an old ebook but it covers everything you need to know without hype.
So you might want to read that, Ken is an honest man from Australia and he has been making killing online for 10+ years now.

Looks like a great book but can't find any download links anywhere. Searched a few private torrent trackers. Think you could hook me up with a link or send it to me? :)
 
"Selling ebooks for Dummies" is a good place to start. Gives you a lot of information to get you going. Check the Dummies site. Their books are usually not expensive.

Sorry I don't know where to get the ebook, all I know is that it doesn't leave anything out and covers everything in detail.

Most other ebooks lack all the detailed information which might be vital for starters.

I suggest you buy the ebook if you have the money to spend, if you don't like it simply ask for a refund.

Like I said Ken Silver is an honest man so I'm not going to look for free copies.
