Advice About Google Play Store

I was banned from the playstore a few years ago without a explanation I presumed it was for using youtubube videos in my apps
I have account (my sons in the UK)

I have built apps again using wordpress rest api agian using Video all videos are creative commens and are copyright free still on youtube.
What is the chance of me being banned again and could any app guys offer any advice its been a few years
