OP, if it is available, then it shows there isn’t much demand for it (by definition).
However, you can buy it and sit on it; that’s how the domain game normally works. But you could’ve sitting on it for years.

Yes, they can be liquidated for at least $100 easily. 3 L.com's base price is at $10-12k right now

It's been almost two weeks with no update, so OP almost certainly didn't get the domain.
My guess is the domain actually was taken, but some registrar/reseller incorrectly listed it as available due to having no A records set (the Enom reseller API is especially bad for this).

Well, they are not rare per se. There are about 600k+ combinations but all have been taken since 2013. His base price is off too unless he means the end user base price. The prices start from $100. I have been keeping track of auctions and they almost exclusively sell for $100-$110 unless they are good. If you have names such as RQHY.com I would actually suggest selling them off because it's extremely unlikely to be bought by an end user.
You can PM me the names, I would be able to tell you the value.

i know it may hurt you, but you most probably found 4 letter domain but with russian text or script, it may looks like english but does not carry any value. as said by other all llll are gone long ago.
