Thats ok. Facebook prepares itself. There is lotof preparation behind the back. You should wait for few hours. If it still doesnt work. Duplicate the entire adset and then make it active. Good luck

It depends how long its on review, it might suddenly run
try to make duplicates if its not instantly disapproved some might start running
Also try to run it on 2-3 accounts and then keep it on the ones that stick
Running with small number of accounts is not ideal for policy breaking ad structure
I had a 150 account structure for Grey Hat that was not even against the policy and sometimes i would get 10-20 bans a day

You can quickly check the status of your ad to see what’s happening. If you just submitted it, it will go through a review process that typically takes about 24 hours. If it has already been approved but still isn’t running, there may be an issue with the ad itself or your account.

non-spending ads is a recent error that often appears on Facebook. You should check your account and the information in the campaign to see if there is a violation and if there is any effect. Facebook constantly scans accounts. If your account is new, it will have a very low spending limit. You need to maintain activity for 3-5 days for normal spending. Otherwise, your account might be on hold. You need to have at least twice the spending threshold available in your bank card.

non spending account is quite difficult for facebook not to make it difficult. you should try using BM to appeal the disabled account
