Advertising SMM (twitch) on twitch channels ?

Hello guys, i have few questions about twitch.

1) Is it worth to advertise your smm panel on twitch channels ?

2) is it safe for your twitch account to create fake others accounts to advertise with the same ip ? or is it better to use a vpn ?

3) Is it safe to spam your website on twitch ? Dont want any trouble with the law.
