Advertising shopify store after ebay

Since I got limited on ebay and can't sell there, I opened a shopify store.

I want to get my store some traffic and sales conversions, but Facebook won't allow me to run ads
what's the 2nd best way to get your store noticed and get lots of traffic/sales if you can't use FB? i don't know how to do SEO either. what should I do?
