Our payment card is still working perfectly and is paying for multiple advertising accounts simultaneously.
However, recently many advertising accounts are failing to pay automatically. When I try to pay manually, the invoice shows RED, even though the balance on the payment card remains at $5000.
What could be the cause? Is there a way to fix this?

Try removing and re-adding the payment card.

Using one card for multiple accounts may trigger suspicious activity issues. Try adding another card for payment and see if the result is the same.

Please check if your card has a daily spending limit; if so, increase it.

It's a major issues now on FB, I had similar experience
I decided to use another account until they calm down
Because some times, adding another card will lead to a 24 hours wait time

Why not add another card and see if it will go through or not.
If it works, then you know the issue.

This is because your account source is of poor quality. Currently, you should use short Nolimit ID accounts from real users created and spending since 2010, along with a trick to fix automatic payment errors. Many of my clients have encountered this problem and have successfully resolved it.

Your account is currently blacklisted due to suspected spam, so don't attempt any further action to avoid permanent suspension—be patient and wait a while. Also, make sure your card isn't subject to excessively low spending limits, as this is often an indirect reason Facebook flags accounts as untrustworthy.

Try deleting and re-adding your payment card and check if your card has a daily spending limit; if so, increase it.

Please try a different payment card. If you still cannot complete the automatic payment, please contact customer support.

Sometimes small errors like a low spending limit can cause the account not to be paid. Check and adjust it.
If not, there is a high possibility that your accounts are flagged as spam. At this point, you should consider adding a new card, as any activity right now will likely cause the account to be banned. Wait 5-7 days then try again or add a new card.

Seen this happen before. Usually, it’s not the card balance but a trust or risk flag on some ad accounts. Meta sometimes blocks auto-billing or marks invoices red when an account gets limited, even if the card works elsewhere. Checking account quality, spending limits, and removing/re-adding the card after a cooldown can help, but sometimes it’s just a temporary system flag.

Try adding a different payment card and avoid making too many attempts. Otherwise, you may have to wait 24 hours before you can try again.

You should change your card, buddy. The situation you're experiencing has been happening frequently lately; it's just Facebook's algorithm.
You got a free payment card, right? So you don't need to worry about bank fees, just get a new card. If that's too difficult, you can rent a card. I know many card providers with 0% fees, and some even offer monthly cashback.

The balance on your card doesn't affect this. When the invoice shows red, it's usually a risk or authorization issue at the ad account level, not the payment method. To be sure, you should double-check your account permissions or check your payment card if necessary.

Some users also report that adding a backup payment method or re-verifying billing info helps stabilize payments.

I've seen this happen before where multiple advertising accounts share a single card. Some accounts get temporarily flagged, resulting in both automatic and manual payments failing, even though the card works normally elsewhere. It's better to use a single card for a maximum of two accounts.
