Advertising payment error

Our payment card is still working very well and paying for many different advertising accounts at the same time.

There is an account that cannot be paid automatically, when I try to pay manually, the invoice shows RED, while the balance in the payment card is always maintained at 10k$

What is the cause? Is there any way to fix it?

The issue is likely a temporary account restriction or billing hold on that specific ad account. Check for policy violations, pending reviews, or outstanding disputes. Contact the platform’s support to resolve the invoice error and restore payment.

I have checked many times and there are no violations or restrictions on that ad account.

Try changing your payment method and create a draft campaign with nature images.

Have you tried changing a new payment card for that account?

The problem is you should not use 1 payment card for multiple advertising accounts, you need to separate them, this is a problem due to meta suspecting your card

This is very difficult to fix immediately, this is an error caused by the advertising account, you need to create a support chat session with meta to solve this problem
 
Most likely that account is flagged by Meta’s risk system, not your card issue. Try removing and re-adding the card or use an alternate method. If balance is fine, invoice in RED usually means the account itself has a restriction.
 
You can try removing and re-adding the card, clearing any pending invoices, or contacting support to check if there’s a flag on that specific account.
 
this error is from payment processor and will not be fixed by you and you need to wait for it to be fixed

One payment card is still used for about 5-6 accounts, I think it is not a worrying problem. All my accounts are successfully paid and working well, only 1 account cannot pay

account restriction most likely
 
Try removing and re-adding the payment card.
