I was running tiktok ads and found it couldn't target some countries, is that true or it depends on the account type. That's probably the shortcoming in tiktok

Yes, I'm still working with an agency on social media but I can't seem to increase the budget more because it would make me lose money, I'm trying to find a better way.
 
It because different region has their own policy and condition, so i think u probs could not target at some of the certain countries
