I have few google adword accounts activated with balance on it. Can google ban account if i have same website in different account campains?

Yepsolutely. They will.
The best thingis, advertise one of your website on one account. finish off balance .throw that a ccount a way. Use another.

I have heard they will ban a url if its being used on multiple voucher accounts. Removing the ad from 1 account after use should help

oorrrrrrr use an iframe on a facebook page. Start a new page for each account = unique urls. I generally put in a decoy url in the iframe and after manual review swap out for the real one. I pass review every time. why arent more people doing this?

I think if the domain would be banned for being advertised on more then 1 account we would be able to kill any competitor by putting their URL in "vouchered" account.
