Advertising on hacks/cracks niche website

Are there any ppc networks that don't really monitor their traffic? Or affiliate programs that convert well with this type of traffic?

I currently use the chaturbate affiliate program but conversion is terrible. Just looking for some friendly advice as I feel I am not getting the most out of my site.
