Hello, from time to time I have bought a promotional site at FB to promote my website, the fact is that my web site is not a webshop so I have nothing to make a profit on. Without wanting visitors, guests so they get my eyes on my eyes. But whatever it is, FB does not care about it but is the same price for everyone. Is there any way to reach more than the FB limits after the price?

You should be able to PM a user once you reach 15 posts. I'd recommend ignoring any PMs from members who are trying to offer a service.
If @YOURSOCIALSEO has any valuable information to offer, they can post it here for everyone to see rather than asking someone to PM them.
