Use the fan page to build your own website is the way to go. You're not gonna find buyers for status update regularly.

That's definitely not true if they really are active. There are tons of ways you can monetize them. What's the niche?

You will have to offer most competitive pricing, probably $5 per post and list the pricing in marketplace of forums or post a gig on fiverr.

once i used balckhat process by verifying fb account with cc and posting my ads ...at the end time fb ads ban of my account continuously and it will never give chance to get verified with cc ..is that process
