I am currently facing many difficulties when running ads for products in the Indian market, especially those related to medicines and functional foods. Most of the accounts die very quickly
If any of you have worked in this field and have experience in optimizing, overcoming censorship barriers or effective customer approach methods, I would love to receive your sharing. My goal is to find a sustainable solution that can be implemented in the long term.

This is an extremely sensitive and difficult industry to run due to Facebook's strict policies. Use a strong account, profile and page. If the account is still disabled quickly, try cloaking.

The reason may come from your ad content is violating Facebook's policy, which will cause all accounts to be disabled.

The best way is to change the ad content and create a campaign to hide the content, so there will be no problem.

Building longevity often means starting with low-risk campaigns, gradually scaling, and diversifying traffic sources so you’re not relying on one channel. Understanding local regulations and adapting creatives accordingly can make a big difference.

Please read carefully the reason for ban, then follow facebook rules, maybe consider using hidden link to bypass censorship.

you have to be indian to understand what indians want imo

Don't run product ads directly, prioritize creating content value first.
Lighten the claims, avoid mentioning pathology, change from "healing effects" to "supporting a healthy lifestyle".
Build a smart funnel, use UGC and lead strategy for long-term nurturing.

Use strong old pages, accounts with spending history combined with hidden links, limit violating content.

You can review the ad content.

It's sure because FB now need verification for running ads in India. They require business ID, documents verified by government for organization. It mean that the ads account or ad content will be scan more strictly also.

this is a tough one because of India's strict regulations on health products. to succeed, you have to be very careful with your ad copy :) avoid making any direct claims about curing diseases, and focus on building trust with your audience through content marketing

is hard to run medicine on facebook as is a sensible market and you need an old account and preferably maybe use cloacking to keep it safe

Running ads in India for common products is already difficult. Now you say you're running medicines and functional foods, even if the BM is clean and good, it will die. In my opinion, you should avoid using prohibited keywords and use cloaked links instead of running ads directly.

These two products of yours are the most sensitive items, so the account is easily disabled, even if it is an old account with a reputable spending history or well-hidden. We often provide users with strong accounts when they run black hat product ads to prolong the campaign's life as long as possible. When the account is swept, we are required to appeal or replace with a new account.

Make sure you understand the regulations surrounding advertising for drugs and dietary supplements. Facebook has specific requirements that you must adhere to. Avoid using sensational language or making excessive claims about the effectiveness of your product. Instead, focus on the educational information and value of your product.

Actually some of kind niches are banned for ad as you mentioned above, you should focus on social media or forums channels. That would be free and you will be able to generate traffic by blogs, articles publishing as well.
