Advertising by using the avatar and home page link

What are the rules about this please? I see it as an indirect form of advertising.

I've noticed a small handful of users, especially those with social media panels, doing it at the moment.

If they're yellow members, it's considered selling outside of the marketplace, so feel free to report them. I usually remove avatars and homepage links like that, as do some of the other mods.

The same rule also applies to ghetto ad copies in their profile biographies.
