So I'm trying to go more white hat these days (at least on page 9), and am trying to buy some banner space for some of my top cpa offers.

I have an opportunity to buy 125,000 impressions for $1,000. The website is the number one website in traffic for the keywords related to the offer I want to have advertised, and the offer is a very respectable household name.

If for a rule of thumb I will get a 3% CTR, then I should get 3,750 clicks. The money question would be... Is there an estimate in how many of those clicks will convert? My break even would be 37 leads so I would need to only convert 1% of estimated clicks.

Does anyone on here have a large advertising budget, can shoot me a few tips? $1,000 is just a bit much to "test the waters" so to speak, but if I'm going to do anything, I'm going to do it right and big.

    Thanks in advance.

    Xim

Okay, maybe a side question would be; Does anyone on here promote cpa offers via buying bannerspace?

I have 3% ctr is a little high to be honest, unless it has been that in the past is some really good spot I would not go by that..as far as conversion that is a little low if it is targeted
