advertising account permantly restricted need help plsss

Hello, i logged into the meta account manager today, first time in a year or so and its permantly restricted. I dont care about the facebook or anything like that. All I want is the Instagram to be disconnected so i can make a new one. Pls and thank you.

You need to change to a new account and install IG on the site to continue using it
 
Go to your ads manager dashboard and disconnect/remove your Instagram account
 
You can disconnect the old account and connect to start on the new account

it says "

If it's saying that then you need access to your Meta account. You might need to contact support.
 
Now you need to create or buy a new advertising account to continue, because it is very difficult to get your restricted account back.

How to fix restricted or disabled accounts
On your computer, go to Meta's Business Support Home page.
From the Account Overview section, click the restricted account you want to troubleshoot.
Click the restricted account you want to troubleshoot for.
Find the What You Can Do section and take the recommended steps for your account. We may also ask you to do one or more of the following:
Confirm identity
Complete the verification process
Account security
Request reconsideration
 
Go to settings to find password and security and select account
or click here https://accountscenter.facebook.com/accounts
Then remove the banned instagram from Facebook

first try to restore access through meta support, sometimes they can help. if that doesn't work, go to your Instagram, go to settings, and find the option to delete your account. after that you can create a new account. if that doesn't work, fuck Instagram through their help center
you basically have to fuck with support if you want to get your case taken care of
 
Please create a new advertising account to continue using, and better yet, create a bm in your profile.
 
You should be able to recovery your account by contacting Meta Support, they will guide you through the process. Once you got it back make sure you have all the data backed up, it's very important to get the security check filled up and complete verifying your personal info.
 
Go to Settings > Account > Linked Accounts on Instagram to manually disconnect Facebook.
 
Get your account back first. Contact the support team, and remember to prepare all the identity confirmation. You'll need it to help FB support team. But if you violated FB policy, it's hard for you to be honest.
 
Try disconnecting ig from meta directly on ig, if you cannot disconnect directly on ig, you can use fb on the browser or use the mobile browser

Thanks for the advice, I also saw you previously talking about some accounts you bought. Please could you send me the name of where you bought them! Thanks

First, remove your IG from that profile and ad account, then add your IG to the new ad account,
 
You can try going directly to Instagram to disconnect then try with another account.
