Can anybody tell me what kind of advertisement that is on the right side of the page? That is not adsense is it?

How do you get those on your site do you people pay to put it on your site or are they like adsense

They are either affiliate links or someone is paying to put them there.

You can either custom code it, or if you have wordpress there are tons of plugins that can do this for you.

Getting advertisers can be a challenge though.

i will suggest some way check this :-
1. Lado Arriba (Sidebar Ad)
2. Lado Abajo (Lower Sidebar Ad) Space for four 125 x 125 pixel ads.
3. Guia Bandera (Guide Ad)
