Advertisement (interstitial) question

Hi, I am still a beginner in earning money through advertisements. So far I am using exoclick and plugrush. I am wondering which website allows the user to use an interstitial ad like the ones shown on imgdino and imgserve (when you visit one of the pictures). I have created a "welcome" screen successfully where the user needs to click a button to continue surfing the website. I am looking for the website which allows the publisher to display ads similar to the ones mentioned. Thanks!
