Advertise a youtube channel without adsense

Hello everybody,
I'm searching for a way to promote my youtube videos but without using adsense. I'm thinking about posting them in forums and stuff like that, but I fear that it may backfire because people may find annoying that someone is just promoting his stuff shamelessly. Did you do something similar? What else did you do that actually worked?
 
Advertise on BHW
Do not post on random places. If you post on a place where the people interested in that niche are there, it might help.
 
FB groups, FB sponsored posts, IG/TT shoutouts, guest posting on blogs, etc.

One way or another he must invest money somewhere being it sponsored ads somewhere or to boost his channel. Free traffic will work only for people who knows exactly what they want to achieve and how to achieve it.

Imagine that you post YT link to 100 group on FB with 100k audience while you get only 20 views in total from those FB posts. Yeah IT IS free from monetary side but time wise is useless.

Now imagine targeting groups which have interests in what you post and you post your YT link to 5 such gruops with 500 members and get 200 views.

Time vs. money second approach is way much better.
 
Contact influencers that have content relevant to your Niche to promote your videos. You have to negotiate the best deals for yourself.

Best way is to promote by your niche related channels. Example: you are a YouTube gamer, now try to JV with a gamer and live streaming together.
