have an open balance of 133$ for a month now and they keep postphoning and now they read and dont reply anymore on skype or email, they stole anyone elses money?

If they're struggling, they might be ready to scam, I guess.Same, can't really say how they're doing these days, except that they recently contacted me out of nowhere to ask if I was interested to send traffic to them againI guess they're struggling

Adverten SCAM! thread may give some more insight(s). My take is that when the traffic is against their T&C, they do not pay and upon contacting support, they mention that, if this is the case.
