Advert payment

Hi there, I've recently had a week old advert running with Paypal as the payment method, at the end of the week Facebook tried to take my money but it failed, I'm not exactly sure why as I definately have money on the card, I'm guessing it could have something to do with my card not accepting payments to Facebook, anyway they've paused my adverts so I added the card as a payment method and made it the primary funding source but couldn't see anywhere to pay for the outstanding bill, so I added another card and made that the primary funding source but there still isn't anywhere to pay my bill, this is pretty stupid, Facebook want me to pay the outstanding charge but are giving me no option to do so, I'm tempted to simply make another campaign but worried I might get banned, anyone know what I should do?
