Bruh I've had so many obes, etc... in my life that it's actually kind of hilarious. I'm trying to piece together exactly what I did, because it was kind of a lot. Anyway, this is what I remember:

I wanted to see an alien, because I was thinking of incarnating as one after I attain the immortal fetus in this body and generally weaken/dissolve my karma. Anyway, I was somewhere in Virginia and basically there this alien that landed in front of me. His ship didn't look like any I'd seen. It was white with a black tip. Actually, it was surprisingly "low tech" compared to other gravity generators I've heard of, although it was still way more advanced than our chemical rockets.
I knew from his energy that he was "male". However that expresses itself, I have no idea. You can definitely tell between male and female energy though. I was wondering how the fk I was going to communicate with this being when he started talking to me telepathically...LOL! It's like he opened something in my third eye and I could now easily communicate with him. It was super interesting because I also found out later that I could scan an area for other life forms just by trying to "communicate" with something in an area!
I went into his ship and saw his tech. His ship was also was quite advanced, but not impossibly high tech like the greys. It still had wires, screens, and normally recognizable stuff. It had a cock pit and was facing upwards. I have no idea what propulsion method he was using and I forgot to ask him. My lucidity wasn't great at this time, so there was a lot of stuff I'd have otherwise asked him that I didn't.
I even saw his language. His language looked like "normal" but weird characters (boxes, triangles, etc...), but then there were slashes in the middle of the sentences that I think directed the flow of thought between sentences. It wasn't like our language where one sentence follows another. A piece of writing could have numerous different branches depending on how someone wanted to read it. It reminded me of those "choose your adventure" books I used to love when I was a kid. Very advanced and incredibly beautiful and unique. Never seen anything like it.
He looked kind of anthropomorphic....a bipedal with 2 arms, 2 legs and a head. He was roughly human-sized and was kind of broad. Keep in mind he was in an advanced suit that covered what I assume were his nose and mouth. There was some kind of protective translucent field surrounding his head, so I don't really know what he looks like. I think he had dark reddish skin, no hair, blackish pupils and I think orange irises....although, with any spiritual stuff, this might just have been my interpretation of him.
I wanted to know about his planet but he wasn't super friendly/open. I mean he was fine talking to me but didn't want to share too many details (at least initially). I got the feeling that he was kind of annoyed/surprised by my presence. He wouldn't tell me much about his people, which I found kind of weird and irritating.....I mean, he was on OUR planet right now, so I don't think that's very fair of him.
Anyway, I asked him about his society compared to ours. I mentally asked him if humanity is more or less spiritually advanced than his world (and by extension, worlds that are like his). He said we were *significantly* less spiritually advanced lmao, and seemed to emphasize that fact hahah. Wow. I obviously didn't need to ask him about our scientific state. He also showed me a photo of Earth from orbit, which I found very touching and beautiful. I think he was kind of annoyed that I love my planet so much...for some reason lol, so he mentally projected an image of his planet to me. It had a LOT of vegetation everywhere. They didn't breathe oxygen, but some kind of gas which he insinuated would be offensive to our senses. It also had a VERY dense atmosphere (compared to ours). I got the feeling that it was a bit darker than our world (as in, it gets less sunlight than we do). From his mental projection, I think it orbited a red dwarf. He started sending me more information, but to be honest, I didn't understand what he was saying...at all. He was trying to describe the characteristics of his planet/society and I didn't get sh*t out of it, basically, it just rolled off my mind. I wanted him to repeat his words slowly, but I felt embarrassed about looking like a retard to this alien, I so basically pretended that I understood and didn't ask any more questions.
I followed him from a distance, levitating for a bit as he went around his ship (I think he was repairing it) but lost consciousness after a while. I know that at some point, he talked to the president(s) of some countries and left. I didn't actually see him do this, but I knew he wanted to talk to some leaders he was "familiar" with and get assistance before leaving.
So, that was my experience lol!
