Hello,
I see a lot of people selling gmail pva accounts,
what is the real advantage of these PVa Accounts?

they won't get banned as quickly for spamming, etc. They are much more reliable.

You secure yourself by knowing that the account won't go suspended etc. Not to say that you won't still get suspended even if you purchase PVAs but it's a much safer security blanket.
