Advanced SEO? Next Level of Impulse thread

Hello Guys,

Was reading Impulse's thread about ranking site to top 3 (see below).
It's great (thanks impulse). He mentioned that this method is for newbies and beginners.

I think this is not for beginners and newbies, these newbies will never implement all mentioned in the thread.

But if he say so, is where more advanced threads here in BHW about ranking sites, seo, strategies - on page advanced, off page advanced (advanced pyramids)?
