Advanced seo help please

Alright I have searched and searched and searched maybe someone is kind enough to help out

Check this out:

I normally rank very fast with some high end links. Few years ago I found some sources where i could get pr 4 - pr 6 solid, valid do follow links. As the webmaster would approve me comments with an hyperlink but they very strict in the gates anyways. Normally with some links of these and some on page techniques I would have done the trick and come moving in top rankings very fast. (and normally the SERPS would just jump very fast up)

Since it worked so good i did this for every website i get and still doing the same. But now finally I have a website which is not working like it should as I just know that Google normally responds different.

the niche is in the real estate and I heard from the client that some other companies have worked on their SEO in the past but was also not going up anymore but once i apply my trick one keyword managed to get page 1 but the rest was stuck up to page 3.

I know I can build more links and build more content expand just to gain more points etc and better content why not but i mean why would this website response differently???? and what can i do to make it faster??? like i always do :S it cannot be the new updates as other websites are still ranking with my same method so..............here some more info

this is top 10 for one keyword and the most above URL is my own URL which im doing...




backlinks are still from the same websites... backlinks like old school valid pr 6 and other metrics like DA 88 PA 50+ and TF 30+ or 40+

do we need more info???

i also have that... web 2.0 and pbns also optimized them

1. what is the target kewyord
2. Which page you are targeting (homepage or others)
3. what is the authority of the site which is already ranking for that site. (moz's page auhtority)
4. what is the page authority of your page (target page to rank on google)

cant say the target keyword
targetting not home page
nr 1 PA is 18 and DA is 16
while mine PA is 31 and DA 19

Im not sure if the picture is working but here again

yup ofcourse. As I said all the other websites are just ranking fine with the same method. Its just this one its weird.. so im just building links and adding more content etc but :S:S:S:S:S:S:S i even had a link from wikipedia and the ranking is not even moving 1 place.............:S

go to moz site explorer and type your target url and check your spam level of all links. I think the problem is due to your on page factors.

LOL PLEASE DONT THINK I SPAM.............. my spam rate on moz is 1/17

ALSO checked all the on page factor with screaming frog

on YAHOO i rank #2

the funny part is i had a web 2.0 page i also optimized and that got to page nr 2 higher than the money site :S i mean come on...

Don't take me wrong. I didn't tell that you are spamming. Sometimes that level affects a lit bit. Try to edit your meta description and make the keyword appear on the first. Since there are lots of factors involved in ranking a site, it is hard to find some problem.

also did this already... I was just joking about the spamming part . I just find it an interesting case. Sometimes I think we are doctor house tweaking everything lol.

nope nothing had a minor crawling error i also took care of this one..

the only difference I can see with my other websites which I rank on page 1 for with harder competition is the amount of pages the website has in total... this one has only 10-20 pages while the others have hundreds and some even thousands...

but still... one keywords managed to get to top 10 the rest stuck on page 3 like not moving at all!

It's obviously difficult to say without looking at everything. But one thing jumped out at me. You usually use this method on your own sites? (Meaning: you were the only one to work on them?) But this guy had "some other companies" work on the site?

Have you gone through the links that they built and so forth? (Although that may not be it either since you got one of the pages up to p1) Outside of that, I don't think there's much to suggest without knowing the particulars. Sometimes google works in funny ways.

you are right but then again with one keyword im on page 1 anyways im seoing the main domain for domain power and expanding volume pages but i need to press on the right button ofcourse. Is there a tool aside from screaming frog to check if everything is fine? I found one crawling error but not sure how critical it is

Also look him up here and read his posts. I'd bet at least half the farm a big part of your problem is the KWD densities. Change it within his guidelines for a couple of kwds and come back in 3 days to report whats up. Good luck.
