Advanced QBO Tips for Better Analysis & Forecasting in 2025?

Hey folks, what cool tricks or tools are you using in QuickBooks Online this year (2025) to dig deeper into financial analysis or forecasting, especially with tricky data or multiple entities?

Lately, I've been using the custom report builder and syncing QBO with Fathom for more detailed insights. Also started playing with spreadsheets via Excel export + Power Query—super handy for messy or multi-entity stuff.
What do you think about this? Let me know your suggestions.

Cool stuff, most folks sleep on how much you can actually do with QBO. I’ve been using custom tags to break out income streams and it’s made reporting way easier. Still kinda messy for forecasting, but better than staring at spreadsheets all day. Anyone else found some hidden gems in there?

I know a bit of QuickBooks Online because I decided to learn it and want to focus earning as a Bookkeeper.
I only know some basic accounting foundation and been doing and trying things in QBO.
Do you know where I can learn more as a bookkeeper and find potential remote clients in the future? Thanks
